Johnny's music helped me deal with a lot of stuff coming of age. I've been a fan of the Man in Black for a long time, and have always wanted to see him perform live. Never got to see Sinatra perform either... Yet another example of how I was born too late.

Met and chatted with him and June and Maybelle too many times to count. This was their stomping grounds so they were very familiar faces around here and loved like family by everyone. I've got so many favorite Cash songs, doesn't matter if he wrote them or not, just something about that voice... it made the song real.

when my ex and I was trying to find a name for our Son.. I thought of song "Boy Named Sue"... my Last name is Walls and I wanted my son to be just as mean as myself... well Johnny is my son's name and I haven't met a man yet who can write there name on John Walls and get away with it... when he was 15 he was in state qualifieing and came out second place in Ty Kwan Doe losing to a 38 yr old Black Belt...

I think I named him well with the Insperation of Johnny Cash's Music throughout the Years!!!!

Johnny, Made an album late last year that was unbelievable. The Man Comes Around. He was showing his age a little in the vocals, but his delivery was still unmatched. If the song HURT doesn't move you, you got major icewater in your veins.

Yeah, it was Reno. I heard it again tonight, but not the one in prison.

ele I have almost all of JC's music... send me yer snailer and I'll burn them off for ya.. Including the Gospel... I am trying to locate the one's on CD of Johnny and June Carter Cash when they did a Gospel duet together... my Dad had the Album and I listened to it as a kid... but I have never been able to locate it on the Internet nor in any Music shops I have been in...
