There was a bar by me that had St. Bernardus ABT12 on tap for about 6 months. I can honestly say it was the best beer I've ever had. It's a dark Belgian beer and I would suggest trying it if you like that sort of thing. They were going for about $6 a glass. Absolutely awesome. I tried to get a case, but when I finally found a distributor that had it, it was too expenesive ($110 a case).

DMV,
Yuengling makes a fantastic Lager. Their "golden" something or other is not nearly as good as their standard lager.

I haven't been disappointed with ANY of the Yuengling brands. You can't go wrong with the price either! Even the Black & Tan is good! I've never seen the Premium, I'll have to touch base with the local store and see if they can order some.

tailgater.....

The Yuengling porter is definitely worth trying.

I really consider it to be the best in class when it comes to porters.

Love Chimay. Spaten Optimator is very good. Paulaner Oktoberfest Amber is very good.

Ommegang Three Philosophers will knock your ****** in the dirt! The alcohol content is very high.

By far Pauloner Salvatore or Spaten Optimator. The best two beers I have ever had for any experience except funneling.

Youngs Double Chocolate Stout. Has no chocolate taste. Just like Guinness, but without the watered down aftertaste. I'm a fan of Guinness and will drink it, but not too fond of the watered down taste. Something seems to be lacking with it.

Milk stouts are pretty tasty too.

And then there is the Samuel Smith Imperial Stout in which you may want your butt firmly planted in your seat when you drink it.
