I have never smoked a pipe before, and as I am enjoying cigars so much I thought I'd like to try a pipe. My buddy Cavallo sent me some samplers of his best tabacco, now I just need a pipe 🙂
Knowing nothing about pipes myself I am getting some good advice from my PM (pipe mentor).

PM suggests I get an egg or apple shaped bowl, and partly bent. I know nothing about the bowl shape but partly bent does sound more comfortable than straight.

So if you have anything you'd like to trade that would be suitable for a newbie please drop me a line.

hey, i'm still ISO the missing container of the big spring vanilla. fudge got some in the package that landed there today; i'll get this FOUND soon so both of ya's can have some (or some more).

i hope you find a pipe soon, fudge! oh -- and when you do, i've also got some little rubber tip dealies that fit on the end of the mouthpiece to protect it from bite marks. they don't taste like rubber or anything, so they don't ruin anything, but i do recommend 'em for keeping a pipe's mouthpiece in good working order. then again, i tend to chew the hell out of my pipes. doh!
