Not upset yet, but last week's shipment for me still hasn't shipped, trying to find out if this is 'normal' or if I should feel like I'm getting the run-around.

This is only my third shipment from C-bid and I don't know what's irregular yet.

My last week's shipment isn't going to be here till Friday. So no...I wouldn't worry. Depending on where you are in relation to them and such. Probably just going via ground. I know mine is

Have you contacted them yet? They usually respond with top notch customer service.

Yes twice. On tuesday I was told it was because an item was backordered and it would ship shortly(which I found funny, because the other two shipments both came with backordered items).

I contacted them again today and was told they had the backordered item coming in today and would ship today.

It didnt'... *shrug*

Roy, go to your login page, click auctions won, and look for the tracking number. Click on that, and you'll get the UPS site and if you click on "details" you will find out when your shipment was checked in and out of each facility, and where it is now. Every problem I've had with Cbid has been my own fault, as my cellphone bills to the same card I use for Cbid, and sometimes I don't have as much open on it as I thought! Dowgh! They have always been very patient with me, and I have had no problems with their service at all!

P.S. if you read this, Thanks Trish!

Well...I would continue to keep in phone contact with them. I have not been buying that long, but have received great customer service, and know that I have read here that many others do as well.

I agree the service is great, except for this one little problem.

CW - I have been using that method to track all of my winning auctions from Cbid. "Order is being processed... " Has been on this order the entire time. No tracking number yet because it has not left their warehouse.

Alot of times, they may ship today, but you will not see the tracking number, until tomorrow morning. I see this alot. I use the USPS option, because it gets here up to 3 days faster. Alot of times, the package is dated differently than USPS recognises on their site. Don't know about UPS, except it takes alot longer to get to Arkansas via UPS than USPS Priority. And Yes cbid customer support is second to none. I guess the backorder slowed down the shipment.

Hey Roy, what part of VA? I'm in Springfield and I usually get my weekly shipments on Friday (don't hate me don't hate me)

Anyway, we should get together and herf man, especially if you're close. Especially if you can smoke in your house.

I wait 7 days for my CBid shipment and it doesn't bother me(I live in WA). It just makes me put in more bids, so Friday's are that much sweeter.

I have waited a couple weeks, one time for a backordered item......and Trish was more than generous in e-mailing me, and getting things sorted out. CBid customer service is the best I have seen anywhere.

Have faith Roy....and I hope you gettum soon.

Around Christmas time it took 18 days (yes 18) to get to me out here in Washington. I blame it all on UPS. The cigars sat in a warehouse for 15 of them (according to their tracking system).

I have some en route. They are "weather delayed" in Spokane. I am in Salem Oregon and an starting to run low. I hope I dont have to make a run to the local store and spend the big $$$ I wait about 6-10 days normaly. Its worth the wait.

Don't sweat it. CBid will do you right and get your shipment out ASAP. Now UPS on the other hand has their own set of rules that really piss me off. Your lucky to be in VA, I'm in CA and have way to many stories (horror stories) with UPS, so I woke up and now my shipments come USPS. I pay a little more, but now I don't have to wait for the Slow Big Brown Truck, heheheeee. Win on Wednesday, receive on Monday!!!!

Is it Monday yet??? LOL!

6 months, but it wasn't their fault. I selected semi- annual shipment by mistake.

Probably 40 shipments.

Never arrived to my home on the west coast more than a week after closing.

If they dont have the stuff in stock, they should make it be known at the open of each bid. If they're missing one item thats holding up a sizeable shipment, they should ship the backordered item later, and send what they DO have.
