That's "Tail O' the Pup" in Los Angeles (San Vicente blvd IIRC), been around since the 1930's if I'm not mistaken.

It's been closed for about 2 years now, since the property owner won't renew the lease because he wants to re-develop the land for condos, but, it's an official historical landmark, so he can't buldoze it.

Last I heard there was some talk of moving it a few blocks and re-opening, but I haven't followed the story.
