Since I do a lousy job of keeping track of when I get cigars I would have to say the Opus X dvd set with Carlos and Carlitos signature from the Vegas Big Smoke would be my most prized cigars.

I have a couple of sungrown hemies left... But I've smoked a few too. I never keep anything. I'll smoke anything in my humi on any given day. Life's too short.

I have a single Montecristo my friend brought me from Cuba. (He was there on some sort of techie business). It's huge. I have to put it sideways in the humidor. He didn't know which Monte it was either. He was given several by some honcho at the company he was working at but he doesn't smoke.

I haven't smoked it. Looks like a 2-3 hour investment. I have to wait for something extra special to fire it up.

I feel exactly the same way. I've never bought a cigar for collectability. Any cigar I own, at any time, may get torched.

The one I'm smoking right now. I picked it up from C-bid at a ridiculously low price. It is a *****

I am with Steve*R on that... anything in my humidor is available for smoking. That is why my favorite one is the one that I am currently smoking.

I have a 16" long cigar that has Uday Saddam Hussein's private band on it. It was supposedly salvaged from one of the Hussein palaces during the all-out war in Iraq. The military bona fides of the guy who brought it back from Iraq are impeccable. I have had the band verified as almost certainly genuine. I have no intention of smoking it.

You got it, guys. So far, my most prized cigar is the one that Tracy and I enjoyed on our four year anniversary (June 11th). We both picked up a Romeo y Julieta Anniversary Reserve, took them down to our favourite pub and had a great time. 🙂 I'm all for saving certain cigars for a special occasion, but life's too short to not enjoy 'em.

Yours,

Sheila

Van55...I understand that you have something very rare...But as evil as that MF Uday was, I personally would burn it. Just my opinion. Tim aka Kornazoo

Arturo Fuente Anejo #46, 48, 50, 55, & 77. Arturo Fuente Hemingway Classic Sungrown, Signature Maduro's, Work of Art Maduros & Bestsellers. The signatures are the best but I consider them all the most prized because they are so hard to get. I will smoke them all or hand them out to fellow cigar club members. Just the Anejos though.

I had one of these Habana 2000 robusto, and not knowing what it was I torched it on a fishing trip.

Everything in my humi will be smoked also - already burned one of the Siglo VIs.

Strange how quickly into this habit I needed to buy cigars to "have" them instead of smoke them.

Aa conversation piece I bought a Perdomo Galaxia maduro 10x100. On paper, it sounded like the Golden Nugget. Then I opened it up. Wish I had seen some pics of people trying to smoke these monstrous things.

Can anyone suggest a possible occasion on which someone would realistically light this one up to smoke?
