Update for OpFTH

I'm repackaging the cigars for the 2nd LAR Bn Marine Corps Ball. 1st option (painted boxes) won't work, so the 2nd option (dress boxes) came out much better. Bullwyf will be the liason to get the gars to the troops. I will update with a tracking number when the gars go out.
