Hey Seth, from the sound of it and re-reading the rules, I think nfldraftman is the winner.

Your rules stated, "the contest is to guess how many cigars I have inside".

You mentioned you origially counted 413, but then realized you were smoking one? The rules said how many were inside, so the one you were smoking doesn't count, heheheeeee!
