yeah knof, hopefully my rules are a little more stable than Nascar's have been in recent weeks. . . .

so it's official, winner sends second place 20% of his winnings (try not to unload all your junk though),
to the second place player. . . now, this is the player with the next highest finishing driver. . . .so if the same player has 1st and 2nd in the race, the second place player would have 3rd in the race. . . in other words, same player can't win both of them.

We have any other takers for joining in????????

#1 - if i lose i send a 5'r to winner...

#2 - If i win , i get 5'r from everyone: then every 5 sticks i send one to the second place winner?

#3 - If i finish 2nd - I send a 5'r to the winner who then sends me 1 stick for every 5 he got???

Close. . . . 2nd place doesn't send anything. . . they just sit back and receive the residuals. . . .

So, if there's 13 players, there's 11 losers who send cigars to the winner. . . .

If 12 people have to send the winner 5 gars each thats 60 gars. I don't think I can share. No not a spare to share. Just kiddin sounds good to have a second place winner. Hey Seth who would have been the second place winner in the last race.

Thursday night, we'll play with 12. That'll be 3 drivers each, using positions 1-36, and we'll throw out 37-43. If a driver starting 37-43 wins the race, our pool winner would be second place car, then.



I need a hand from someone. . . . . I'll have my gf draw the numbers, but I'm going to have them assigned to #'s 1-12, instead of our names/handles. If somebody could randomly assign our names to a number from 1-12 (before she draws), I'll then link that person up to the numbers drawn. That way, when she's drawing, we'll have no idea who is getting those numbers.

What I'll need is someone to offer it up, and then post those numbers/names on this thread. We'll have this done about 7:30 est, so just go ahead and post them after 7:30. As soon as I see that, I'll post what we've got. . .

I've never heard of my drivers. Is this NASCAR??

Vickers: Rookie, teamate to Gordon, Johnson & Labonte. fast car, good qualifier. 2003 Busch champion. No breakthroughs in 2004 yet, though.

Marlin: Coors Light car. Won Daytona 500 a coupla times. Was leading points championship 2 years ago, when he got hurt, and had to sit out a few races. Older guy, so I like to root for him. Nothing too impressive this year, but, has had a fast car at times - has been involved in stuff that wasn't his fault this year.

Mcmurray: Havoline Dodge. Young teamate of Marlin. Hot, hot, hot girlfriend. Winner of one race, as a rookie subbing for Marlin when he got hurt in 2002. Consistantly fast, 3 top 5's, and 8 top 10's this year.

Not a bad group, I think Vickers will be up front all day, it seems those Hendrick Chevy's have their stuff together this weekend.
