Maybe we need to start a new PIF thread with the rules built in on the top..... I know I am new to this and I read the Newbie Trading Thread but I didn't know some of the things on the other link.

So here is my Proposal.... Next time we open a PIF board who ever opens it includes what is below.

PIF - Pay it forward

In a PIF, somebody asks, "Who wants free cigars?" The first person to respond that they want free cigars then gets to receive free cigars from the person offering, Example - 5 pack of premium smokes. It is then their turn to ask if anyone wants free cigars with in a 24-hour time frame. It is then their job to send free cigars to the first person that responds.
Winners will be limited to once in 7 days.

That was what I got out of it at least... If this is good I think the next person to ask should start a new thread and include this on the top of the thread...

OK I'm confused. Hooyah1 was the first to reply to my "who wants cigars" post, but then gunflintwoodshop jumped in and emailed me. Is Hooyah1 ineligable, or did gunflint just let hooyah have it? who am I supposed to send these cigars to? Gunflint emailed me and Hooyah1 hasn't yet.
