I heard the air raid sirens screaming yaaoooOOooow, aaaooooOOOOooow… I’ve been expecting this bombing run from Flyboy, and I’ve survived others, I’ll survive this one. So I grabbed my helmet and the dog and headed for the bomb shelter. I could hear them dropping BOOM, BA-BOOM, BA-BA-BA-BOOM! After the bombing I was thanking god that the shelter held-up. I have never been bombed like this. Not ever. I came out into the cool air to see that my house was still standing, but the entire front portion (not just the porch) was gone. It wasn’t just damaged or weakened, gone. Happy "birthday" to me! Here’s what landed:
When I open the rather large box, there was a note that had in big letters KA-BOOM! CAO Brazilia, CAO criollo, CAO Italia, AF chateau Fuente nat, Gurkha legend aviv. torp., Gurkha expedition, Gurkha regent, Perdomo reserve cab. series P, Joya De Nicaragua celebracion, (we’re only part way through) 2x RYJ aniv. Maduros- I love these, K. Hansotia 101 (?), Ashton P.M., Torano 1916, Torano Trib, and maduro both belicoso, Partagas black Maximo, IT cammie legend, IT maduro church, La Gloria Cubana serie R, and two that smell like a barn yard; an RYJ romeo no.3 tubo, and a Partagas. There’s one more that I’ve not seen before. It’s got a cool label of a lion with the world in its paws, and the label says Cuba and Lusitania, but it’s not a Partagas (help me out here). Whew! But wait, there’s more! He also tossed in a cool melted bottle cigar ashtray, and a 3-finger cigar case that had 3 chocolate cigars in it.
Thanks Flyboy. You are a class act.
