Hey I thought you were sticking with 14 a week....bench me this week.....give some one a shot...too many contestants....reduces the fun....if you only get one driver and it's say Andretti, might as well not watch the race.

. . . no worry, as I stated at the beginning, I'm doing two groups of 12-14 each . . . .

Just a little comment. First of all I really enjoy this pool and I want to thank Paul for running it. I don't want to offend anyone but there has to be a lot of work and time to run it, if we have enough to run two groups to start the season out lets do it. Once your in and we have enough to run two pools lets all just go with it. Hard to keep track of whos in and whos out. Hopefully this doesnot offend anyone, I just want to keep it as simple for Paul as we can.

Thanks Glen. . . . . First of all, I can understand Country taking a pass . . . . most of us are doing this to add some excitement to the race, and without any way to watch the race, he'll lose that excitement. . . . and I know he's good for it, and will join again at a later date. . . .


In case it's still a little confusing for anyone, what I was planning on doing was having two separate pools . . . . . each of us would still get 3 drivers, we'd still compete against a dozen other players, we have the same odds of winning, and we'd win the same amount of cigars as before . . . . . the only thing is, there's two games going on at the same time . . . . . . .nothing's any different . . . the pools will be run independently of one another, so as a player, it's the same -you join a pool, get 3 drivers, and hope to win a bunch of cigars . . . .
I'm just trying to get as many people a chance to play, without diluting the pool with more than 14 players . . . .

Now, if it's an unpopular idea, I can limit it to 14 people, and do one pool . . . .
