There are extremes at each end of every spectrum. They are necessary. Without extremes, there is no change. Without change, there is no progress. It is a form of the "cycle". They are one of the extremes of their spectrum and thus are in effect, helping that spectrum progress.

The funny thing to me is that we laugh at these guys and say we wouldn't hire them or take a chance on them working for us. Who's to say they need to work for us? Hell, they may make more money a year than any 2 or 3 of us combined. They may be owners of a very successful internet business or something and have to "take chances" on some straight collar guy to work for them. I always heard so many stories growing up about these "old crazy bums" that would wonder off from the nursing homes. Then when they would pass away years later they would find thousands of dollars in old bown bags or something that they had carried around for years. I guess you just never reall know ya know.
