Alright, this is an open invitstion to have fun at my expense I am sure, but WTF do I do with these Cheese Curds? Which end do I clip? Light? Should I let them age? Please help me out here.

PS-Blacky, f'n a', man. What a great looking package. LMK when you want those Trinnies, or even more Opus.

I remember these things from my trips out to WI. My old man and I lived on cheese curds and beer for a a week or two.

What is a cheese curd? I've seen them mentioned here from time to time but i've never had one, nor heard of one until I started reading these boards.

Are the curds different from regular cheese? or are they just small chunks of the regular stuff?

Now if you really want to bump your cholesterol up a few notches, you can also deep fry them.
