We feel that what we are doing is important, and look beyond any disputes over WMD, and recent political developments, and see that the terms of a cease-fire that ended the war 13 years ago were NEVER met. i'm not sure, so dont quote me. but i think more innocent iraq's have died since we "brought democracy" to them. it appears to me that most of the population doesn't even want us there. but i dont know because i just float in a boat miles off of the beaches. and i dont think that anybody on this thread said anything negative about our troops, because how could you? they dont choose where they go, they just do what they're told, how can anyone hold that against them?

... and once we leave, who's to say for sure that democracy will even stay.
