Here is a picture of Nick Perdomo inspecting tobacco on one of his farms in the Jalapa Valley during filming of the Perdomo Factory Tour Documentary... After a long day working in the fields, Nick hit the streets of Nicaragua to hand out cookies to children . Cookies he baked personally, using an old Perdomo recipe handed down through 4 generations. A class act!

Did he make the children do anything for the cookies?

I wonder if he puts the same "special ingredient" in his cookies that I use?

Hey guys

My suits are the the curing barns.
Ortega, Obama very little difference. Great crop this year in Nicaragua. Even had Keith from C.I. passing out cookies. The kids now just have to eat them.

All the best,

Nick

Nick, you're wearing my shirt... I'm so proud!

I look forward to seeing you again at CIGARfest. My guess is - you'll have the suit back on. Am I right?

My friend Greg just got back from that tour last week.
He said everything was amazing and quite a sight to see. I was mad I missed this opportunity. He also said the Perdomo family is top notch!

Ok..I guess I'll be the pr!ck of the fair and say this looks a little photoshoppish. Not saying it is...it just looks like Nick with a plant or 2 and the rest photoshopped in.

What kind of cookies?

^it does look fake.......but Nick has a rep for a straight shooter w.r.t. marketing, so I'm guessing it's just weird lighting.

Good day all:

Believe me its totally natural. However that camera cost more than my first car. And Danny is just awesome at shooting pictures. If I photoshopped it I would have cut out my gut! Believe or not that was taken at 6:15 am.

Take Care all.

My first thought was "Photoshopped" and after closer scrutiny I "guessed it was a legitimate photo.
(Shadow on hand was the indicator).
FWIW...
Outdoor fill flash often gives the fake look when the flash output is half a f-stop (or more) higher than ambient conditions.

Great photo!!

Every time something is posted about or by Mr. Nick Perdomo ( a True Gentleman ) some wise asses have to make uncalled for wise ass posts (#4 & #5).

He's a great guy....keep your comments to yourselves.

My comment was not about Mr. Perdomo or anything at all about his business, character, etc. Just the photo. As near as I can tell, Perdomo cigars is a first class business that puts out a great product and is owned by a true gentleman. Rock on, Nick.

With a nice camera you can bring forth the detail of whatever you want to be the focal point. Likewise, you can do the opposite. This is why the back is blurrier than your everyday point-and-shoot. With those kinda cameras you could make the the plants blurry at all depths and just have Nick be focused properly. DSLR's are pretty damned advanced these days. You basically can "photoshop" a photo without even ever loading it up in AP.
