Funny, I didn't think there was any such thing as a Tron fan....

I saw this guy on TV one time and had to shake my head. But, he's evidently popular, and his gimmick has gotten him his 15 minutes. More than I can say for alot of other wannabe's. I might have possibly chosen another, slightly more modest costume like maybe... a purple dinosaur, or... a big yellow bird...or a chicken, or a big brown dog with a fedora and trench coat. But he seems content and more than enthusiastic to stretch the lycra and compress the marbles for some attention.

It is pretty damn funny, though.

In the olden days (prior to WWII) Generals were allowed to design their own uniforms (that's how Patton got to officially wear his pistols) I don't think they are allowed to anymore. Patton (when he was a Major or somehting prior to WWII) tried to get the army to adopt a special tanker's uniform he designed (they didn't) There is a prototype in the Patton museum in Ft. Knox. It actually had a lot of good design features that made it better to wear in a tank, but it really did look like something out of a Buck Rogers film.....ofcourse, it was a future looking design form the 30s, so one might expect soem of that..
