You remind me of an old friend. While in high school we played baseball and football. He was constantly bashing gays, and playing pranks like you. Later he went on to college, afterwards got married and had a daughter.
When he turned 30 he "came out." I couldn't believe it, thought it was the result of a failed marriage, etc. But alas it's true.
