I listened to Tom's response on the radio.

Sounds like he got railroaded and what ever they think he did, it is no different than what anybody else in DC has done.

It is my understanding that it is what he did in Texas that is the problem. Yes, others may have done the same or similar type of thing. But that is irrelevant as a defense in court.
