husker -- Good to hear...keep them baby's snorin (i would probably at least try one tho...check out the potential). I'm not gonna touch mine for about 3 months. I think it would be beneficial to do some reading on the "sick period." I think it's interesting because there is a similar experience in wine-making, it's called "bottle shock," which is partially why commercial wines (with the exception of beaujolais nouveau) are never sold until after a spell in the bottle.

the nouveau was light (as always), and i feel fruity this year. lots of cheese and prusciuto (no idea how to spell since it is called nama ham over hear). and our bruscetta (our own recipes). nice...i have strong onion breath...but it is midnight, so i doubt i can go out and smoke.
