Surgeon?! I'm in real estate. I might use some 50/50 solder, a pipe wrench, an attorny, or a wire stripper; the things I operate on are inanimate, unfeeling matter. The most organic I get is tenant relations (I smile a lot and am real nice). It's a weird business. I never fantasized as a kid about growing up and becoming a landlord, it just worked out that way.
