arnold was elected governer of california in oct 2003. the republicans sensing a new hero joining their ranks, attempted to amend the constitution to allow someone foriegn born to be elected president.

they thought arnold was a winner for them, which turned out not to be true.

today arnold spoke against cotporations attempting to overturn california's strict anti-pollution laws.

this was not posted on u-tube without msnbc refering to it


now they want to investigate obama's birth place because they don't like what he is doing.

the GOP is going to destroy this country.

Yes, the GOP (who does not have control of the White House or ether House of Congress) is going to destroy this country. All while a Democratic President and Democratic control over both Houses of Congress do absolutely nothing. If only there was some way for the party in control to stop them.

After years of defendeding the GOP it sure is fun when its not your guys running the country into the ground.

Arnold is what passes for a Repube in CA. Never gave him a second thought, other than liking a couple of his movies. Anywhere else he'd be a left-leaning Democrat.

Also, I think the birther stuff on El Presidente Bobblehead started pre-election 2008. Not exactly a headline.

As I recall, there were Dummycrat birthers worried about McCain being born in the canal zone. I didn't see any panic about the country going down the tubes when they were spraying their psychobabble around.

Here's the bottom line for ya - Congress has had 4 years of socialist rule to make their utopia work. Their poster boy has had 2 years in the big chair - 2 to go. Unless there is some kind of miracle in the next month, the socialist experiment hits a brick wall Nov. 2, 2010, and poster boy goes to the curb on the next cycle. It'll take another 2 or 3 election cycles for everyone to forget and buy into the bull**** just one more time to see if it works any differently.

Please explain who you mean by "the republicans" and what you mean by "attempted to amend". I think you over-estimate the number involved and the effort put forth. It was nothing more than a discussion point.

Obama's birth was questioned from day one, and then on day 188 he provided his proof. But the thing is, you need to re-read your post and take a different perspective. The GOP, according to you, wanted to ammend the rule in order to be in compliance. The dems, on the other hand, simply ignored the rule and now cry foul when questioned.
