9/11 Conspiracy Film Producer Arrested on Drug Charges

Published January 31, 2011
ONEONTA, N.Y. -- A producer of a documentary alleging conspiracy theories behind the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks has been arrested on drug charges in upstate New York.

Oneonta police tell the Daily Star of Oneonta that 27-year-old Korey Rowe and a 19-year-old Bronx man were arrested after selling packets of heroin to an undercover officer.

Rowe was arraigned last Friday on a felony count of criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Authorities say the Oneonta resident was released from Otsego County Jail after posting $10,000 cash bail.

It couldn't be determined if he had a lawyer. Rowe's phone number was unlisted.

An Army veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan, Rowe was a producer of "Loose Change," a 2006 film that challenged the official explanation of the attacks on Sept. 11, 2001.

Film at 11... 😟

I didn't call you a name. I said your post was ignorant. If you feel differently tell me why. Why does it make sense to you that this guy has drug issues? I don't see the tie in between his political views and the drugs.

Not a name?

Hell, what do I know? I'm just the voice of every ignorant redneck in history.

You can't back off now, Jimmy.
It's on the interwebs and it's forever.

so you don't want to explain how you can draw the tie between this guy and drug use? You just want to throw that out there, then be offended when someone says your comment is ignorant? Nice.

Of course you don't see the tie in.
A: you're on drugs
B: you believe in the conspiracy.

Here's the deal.
I'm not big on conspiracy theories, even though I do enjoy hearing both sides of the issue.
JFK, the Moon Landing, Obamas birth place, and 9/11 are all very interesting.

But to be so paranoid as to make a film and then try to pass it off as truth???
That, my friend, takes BOTH a lack of reason AND a heavy dose of drugs.

A: I was typing while you posted this. Sorry if I didn't IM you.
B: it's comical how you come in swinging and then try to turn the table like I'm the one being unreasonable here.

I made a humorous post and you try to insult me. Then I'm the one who is out of line.

Go pick an argument with someone else.
You're incapable of coherenet thought today. Perhaps when you come down it will be a fitting discussion.

In the meantime I'd love to hear your take on the conspiracy.
I expect honest replies, not a feable attempt to provoke a response (your MO).

You equate something against the norm, and somewhat anti-government with drug use.

drug use equals fear and therefore you can validate your fear.

fear is somewhere between truth and ignorance.

Uncle Sugar has told you that drug use will result in crazy thoughts, deeds, and general failure to adapt to society.

Ignorance is bliss.

Anyone against the government, particularly anyone smart enough to make a film is clearly on drugs. Bad ones.

Just say "no" and then go buy a lotto ticket dude.

Actually, I'm not suggesting that anti-government or anti-norm subject matter requires the participant to be burned out.
Nor would it be an indication of paranoia.

Until the discussion is escalated into an accusation that is based SOLELY on the fear and is not only absent of any supporting facts but the real facts are either twisted or ignored in order to justify the preconceived concept.

When people propose outlandish scenarios, I applaud the questions until those asking refuse to digest the answers.

That's what all of us rednecks do, I guess.
But you must have seen this coming, because I'm predictable.
