I get these from a little Balkan grocery store in town.

balkanbuy.com and eurofoodmart.com has them as well.

DMV, I'll bring some on Saturday!

The one on the right is Albanian and I haven't tried it yet but I suspect it is similar to the Serbian one. I am going to use it for a pasulj (Serbian bean soup)

The Serbian one is awesome. Smoky with heavy paprika spices. These are similar to Hungarian sausages as well.

Damn, HD, you certainly know your sausage. Btw, how do you know what they're putting into the casings? Is there a credible stamp of approval for Serb & Albanian meat products? (serious question)

Aren't you nervous about gobbling strange sausage?

Johann, you're on a roll today, my friend. LOL

Eastern European sausage is great. Sometimes when they tell you it is beef, you just have to take their word for it.

Trying exotic Eastern European sausages is clearly not for everyone. I wouldn't want to ram these down anyone's throat.
