It was a sweet game. I was sitting in the south end zone seats....just above the Black Hole. Funny thing...Oakland PD is pretty danged quick to take care of problems. You hardly see fights at the games.
I do see things at the game that the camera missed. I wonder how that supid hanging camera looked on TV. Looked like Play Station when they showed it on diamond vision. It was real distraction to see that thing zooming all around the field during the play.
We had no less than 3 bona fide fumbles that weren't called fumbles by the refs or the game would have been in the 40 point range for the Raiders. New England managed to make enough mistakes to keep the refs busy though so it all worked out in the end.
Halftime show was the Raiderettes through the decades. They brought out the original squads from each decade since the 60's for the show. The 60's cheerleaders looked a bit gramdma-ish but it was good to see most of them still had "it".
Good game...sorry the 9ers didn't help out by beating the Chargers. guess we will have to do it ourselves.
