4 out of 5 isn't bad.

Face it...nobody is crossing the road to vote 3rd party to stab at the Kenyan King.

I've said it before...vote for whom you want, just vote.

Personally, I just want the train wreck of Hope and Change gone. I'll use any vehicle to make it happen. If Mittens doesn't work out...I'll vote him out too!

I don't get this vote taken from crap. Wouldn't you have to know who they were going to vote for prior to changing their minds to Gary? And why would anyone vote for spongebobs pet snail anyway?

Every four years I take a look at party platforms and every four years I decide that I really like much of what the Libertarian Party stands for.

And.....every four years, I examine the Libertarian candidates and find little more than goofballs.

IDK....maybe enough stoners voting for Gary Johnson would somehow convince a candidate that people can get behind will choose to make a serious run --- - maybe Ron Paul?.....or someone else not a total loonie will get out early as a real alternative party option.

all kidding aside, I agree.... except perot, anderson, etc were more serious candidates than Paul... and that is saying something....

You know what's funny (or maybe sad...or both)? I hear the same argument from liberals and conservatives about Johnson. "A vote for Johnson is a vote for Obama!", say the cons. "A vote for Johnson is a vote for Romney!", say the libs.

people crying about no third party who don't vote third party have no credibility at all relating to this level of political philosophy. just because you know you will lose this time, maybe next time and the time after...how the fugue you ever gonna establish a viable third party if you bail on them in the voting booth? voting for the winner does not make you one also. sticking to beliefs does.

Will those hypocrites making the noise they subject others to shut up already? Go vote for Mitt but do not have the audacity to correct anyone else. You're not even voting what you believe!

BTW, I voted it's the right thing to do in the above poll. Good to see that selection is winning, at least the loud mouthed hypocrites are outnumbered by folks with balls and conviction. My utmost respect to those libertarians who are staying the course...though I think you are wrong (HA)!!

And....despite your thoughts on Johnson, do you think there's any hope for ever having a viable third party candidate for president in our lifetimes?
