Does he sing?

errasa wrote:

Yes he does. (if you are being serious and not trying to call him lisa brown eye lopez). It's really cool and annoying when you don't want it.

He is really expressive. He'll tap his paw once in an empty water bowl then sing until you fill it. He gets up from a nap, stretches his back like a cat and sings. He really is a neat dog other than you have to watch him every minute he is in the house, can never let him off the leash and he likes to get up early in the morning.

He is a blast to walk or bike with and I can not wait for snow.

We take him to a huge indoor dog park once or twice a week to let him run while we work. There are two other huskies that are there. they seek each other out and play very differently than the other dogs. Constantly bumping chests (sort of like ram and bloody after a great parcheesy move), jump on each other (sort of like drafter and jade after a drink or two) and constantly run (sort of like.... well none of us run).

Siberian Huskies & Malamutes are my favorite breeds if I ever get a dog. I believe that the Malamutes are a bit larger. Either way, I'm jealous of your beautiful pet, TW.

for being tough dogs they are babies. they cry if you look at them funny yet could probably fight off a wolf or RAM trying trying to make another drink

He is definitely a singer.

he also barks to much. Not a long tirade of barking... just single barks trying to get your attention.

He uses noise much differently than any other dog I have had. he has a growl that is less a growl and more an I'm annoyed sound, he has an excited high pitched sound, and has a weird moan like sound when the kids leave and he sits by the door waiting for them to come back.

he is pretty cool

http://www.dogtra.com/  best money I ever spent on my Black Lab. She's 5 and all I have to do sometimes outside is give her a vibrate if she starts to wander to far. Immediately comes back and heels.

No batteries to change (although I did have to order a replacement battery after 5 years and it's still waterproof) Goes in and out of the water all year round, things been beat to hell and never stops working. Just plugs into the wall with a splitter for the collar and the controller. Two weeks of training with her as a pup and she hasn't seen a leash since. I also get her a new collar every year that glows in the dark or some have lights that flash to keep track of her at night. They can't seem to build a collar that lights up or glows in the dark that lasts for more than a month or two.

No thanks. Not in to that, and likely wouldn't work on this breed anyway. Invisible fences don't normally work either. They will take the jolt to get out then its a matter of not wanting to take it again to come back in. They are VERY different than a lab. It's both cool and agrivating.
