KFCs are different I'll grant you, but interesting. Not a daily go to for me but I like one when the mood strikes. I was serious about the ribs though. They always make me think of barbecue

don't listen to anyone else. when you are gonna smoke that chisel, pinch it corner to corner, don't cut.
after smoking for a while you may want to tip off a bit cuz there could be a build up...but start off wif a pinch.
