Well after about 6 weeks or so passing without activity I forgot all about this thread. Hey Jon, welcome to the forum. Although I know the instructions are unclear, how it usually works is that the N00b sends the smokes to the previous person who sent smokes. Usually 5-20 cigars are sent (but typically 10). Then someone will send you smokes after you send yours.

Currently Plowboy is up if you want to try the PIB. I would recommend it 🙂
