Was an odd snow event here in western NC, raining hard and had been for 3 days, somewhere they turned a switch and started snowing just as hard, big silver dollar wet flakes, should have probably been 6 inches but packed down to around 4 inches. This was on top of our ridge. On the way out this morning headed to work.... just a dusting in the bottoms. Was gorgeous falling in the spotlights and working on a MF lancero.

Cat Square? Now that's a neighborhood you've gotta be a local to know.😁 Vale NC's a little different kind of community than Vail CO. Y'all are a little over an hour from us here in the Brushies.🇨🇮

Yep people get all freaky, when there is snow predicted down here in the south. Even the chicken plants close. Which means I get a day off, to fire up the smoker, smoke ribs brisket and pork butts. I also smoke many cigars, and drink a bunch of beer.

Dave (A.K.A. Homebrew)
P.S. My neighbors have figured this out, and instead of milk and bread, they buy meat, for me to put on the smoker. It turns into a neighborhood party.
