Well, I knew this old boy who thought that eating bacon was a sin. I suppose to him it was. I hear tell some folks say cows are holy, and it's a sin to kill 'em.
Now I know there's a lot of people that don't like gays.

Not only is it not a sin, but it's actually exempt.

Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's wife.

Doesn't say you can't get it on with your neighbor himself.

I assume that means his bod.

Oh, come on now. The idea that homosexuality is a sin is just something made up by some homophobes who learned how to cherry pick the bible.

Brewha wrote:

Yeah, because aside from Genesis, Leviticus, Deutoronomy, Judges, and Romans...where is homosexuality considered a sin?

Nowhere!

Frickin' holy-roller hypocrites!

Marriage makes man and woman "one flesh," derived from Genesis.

Jesus, in the Gospels reiterates this point when he is questioned by the scribes as to whether divorce is permissible.

So, she has exclusive rights to your bod.

That could be good, or - as a man named Bobbit discovered - very, very bad...

Being in prison for a year would not have much of a downside for that particular demographic.

True... true.... 😟

That was a quote from shopkeeper john back in '09 in Uganga when they decided gay-homos should die... seemed extreme to me too... 😟

At the time your avowed savior was alleged by the authors of that biblical passage to have uttered those words, stoning was an approved Judaic implement of justice. Muslims, some not all, just seem to have kept their traditional methods of justice forward another half millenium or so. Not that I endorse them.
