are these my only 2 choices. couldn't i choose a group of presidents, one from column
A and two from column B.

having missed my point completely, i would prefer a grilled ham ad cheese and onion

speaking of michigan, the governer sigened a law allowing him to APPOINT
an emergency managefor any city regardless of size who would be in complete
charge of that city. all elected officials would be removed . the emergency
manager was answerable to no voters. he could sell off any property the city
owned and he could discontinue the city and name it hariet or whatever his wife's
name is.

of course the voters of michigan , with a ballot initative repealed the bill, and it was repealed.

the governer simply had his congress and senate rewrite the bill and he signed it in to law

result is 50% of black voters no longer can vote for their own city goveremt.

he is about to emergency manage, flint.

here are your new monarches.

.....and what has to happen before en emergency manager can be appointed? Didn't you leave out some details there before whipping out the race card?
