Well that would be a different story. If somebody enters a contest in good faith, then purposely dodges the winner and disappears because he/she owes a form of payment when the said contest is over, then that person is a scumbag.

Don't know why your concern meter is going off (on). There is no concern of payment on my part if that's what you're insinuating. There may be others that know him personally that could, would, might notify him that this particular contest is over. Pure and simple. Stopped by Mike's house today to drop off his 'decent fiver".
He seemed pleased with what I gave him.
