I'm white/hispanic - does that mean I have dual squatting rights (here and in Europe)? 🇨🇮

My family has been in Southern Texas for at least 200+ years. If their family had been smarter they would have settled up here before they drew the borders. If they want to join the club, they can fill out the application and pay the dues.

Same here, Cape, but land squatting only applies to the original inhabitants many of whom were never driven from their lands after being conquered. What you fail to understand is that property rights are won/lost over time. Some due to war, some due to politics. In this case, NAFTA and our lack of political will have made it inevitable that the indigenous people who used to own the American lands will eventually take over again due to their ever increasing numbers. The new majority will eventually rule again as soon as most of Mexico (and Latin America) enters.

Not sure why this rankles Drafter because he's indigenous as well. 🤔

Yeah I see what your saying, but the term "American lands" could be defined as northern alaska/canada down through panama, unless you consider south america to also be under this term. I guess I'm looking at it from a migration perspective, where "natives" originally crossed over from asia millions of years ago and continually moved south to settle what is now north/south america (not even sure if this was proven).

So if someone is "indigenous" to America, how far back do you go to prove that they are? Or have I gone way off topic and thread-jacked the hell out of this?

My take in all of this is that you just need to deport the criminals (greyhound), and green-light the non-criminals to where they can start paying taxes. I don't really care if they become the majority. I love taco trucks and chorizo.

How much more work is it to realize them on the other side of the fence instead of the US? But I do realize were talking about our gubmint here and that this is ultimately a lost cause.

I like they way you process things, Cape, but IMHO you're waaaaay overthinking this. You'll know the indigenous when you see them. lol Yes, although expensive, they COULD ship illegals and their anchor babies back over the border if they wanted but they don't want to. They would have to hire American replacements at fair wages and jack up the cost of produce by a few quarters. That's a no no.

The wheels were set in motion to change the demographics of this country back in the 60's with Ted & his cronies. That's what the powers that be (Carter, Reagan, Bushes, Clintons, & now the Indonesian wunderkid) have set in motion & want to happen. I suppose some do it to for power (votes) & others for social egalitarian altruism. Either way, the asian emigres have little bearing on the new New Mazatlan being established here under the watch of our betters.

Like you, I will sit back and order my tacos & chorizos in spanish. Those who don't like it can email outrage to their elected officials. LOL

Oh, and don't forget that there are good numbers of asians, europeans (mostly eastern or slavic), Nigerian businessmen along with "Pepe" Muhammads entering and/or staying illegally after Visas expire.
