For the record, I'm thankful that this wasn't a picture of Jade or some unknown rugby player...

1 lbs Fawn burger
1 lbs lean grond beef
1 yellow onion dices finely
2 bell peppers diced finely
3 cloves garlic dices finely
1 egg
1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 Tablespoon worstshishire sauce
1/4 teaspoon mineral salt
Ground pepper to taste

Form in the shape of a flat football on a foil covered cookie sheet. Bake @375* for 30 minutes. While baking^ mix in small bowl:

1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar (good quality)
Mix till smooth then add
1/2 cup catchup
3 Tablesspoons Molasses
Tobasco sauce to taste.

After 30 mins pull meat out and cover with sauce, turn oven to broil (rack still in center position) and broil until sauce begins to crisp.

Good served the next morning with bald eagle eggs and Rhino peenus tea.

Lol I had the same thought run through my head... there are so many deer they should allow the taking of fawns. Can you imagine how tender that venison would be!
