My daughter took me out to a high-end restaurant last year for Father’s Day. They had a “Brown Butter Fat Washed Old Fashion” on the cocktail menu.
I believe it was made with Makers.
Simply outstanding cocktail.
I learned how to recreate it from a self promoted high-end professional
bartender from an iconic upscale restaurant.
And it was absolutely wonderful!
He gave me a few tricks to get the most out of the process. More that can be found on the internet/youtube.
I always keep a full refrigerated bottle on hand.
Everyone I serve it to loves it.
I agree the high-end bartender was exactly that.

My 100 proof infinity bottle... So good!

I got an infinity bottle that every 100 proof I buy I pour a shot worth into.
Another infinity bottle for barrel proof/cast strengths. I use to keep track of what was in it but I got lazy.
