I missed a chance to meet Roger Clemens today. He played my course today but my assistant and I were playing at the TPC Avenel in an Oakley event. My staff said he was very nice to them. Posed for pictures and stuff.

Here we go Group 1.....I will do the same if we get multiple groups. I made two picks. I put the cbid handles in 1 pile and the HR Derby participants in another pile and picked one from each pile for the results....here they are.....

That would've been really cool.

Chitty selection of players this year

bump....can we get a 2nd group?

stinger now has Pedro Alvarez since Carlos Gonzalez has been removed due to an injury.

Still time to join and create a 2nd group.

The predictions are in

http://espn.go.com/mlb/allstar13/story/_/id/9478158/mlb-espn-home-run-derby-predictions

and the odds

List of Participants and Odds to Win

Odds according to Bovada on July 15.

American League

Prince Fielder, Tigers, 15-4

Chris Davis, Orioles, 11-4

Robinson Cano, Yankees, 6-1

Yoenis Cespedes, Athletics, 11-2

National League

Bryce Harper, Nationals, 11-2

Pedro Alvarez, Pirates, 11-2

David Wright, Mets, 9-1

Michael Cuddyer, Rockies, 12-1

So, when Alvarez wins, would I just collect 25 cigars from five losers or would I send a fiver to second place and he sends me a fiver. This would make it a legit 30 for first and 10 for second. Otherwise, 1st would 'get' 25 and second place would get a fiver.

Sometimes it is fun being the a$$.

David.

Chris Davis is hitting bombs in BP

Stinger you can suck it!!!! Lol

Cuddyer!!

Cepedes..holy chit!!

My guy didn't do that good but still beat out Fielder.

Its 90 degrees but its a lot of fun

I forgot you are there Ron... lucky man... sounds awesome! Haven't been to a major league ball park since I was a teenager...
