it is presumed at this point that christie or a member of his staff have a history of this kind

of dealings, payback like a child who wan'ts last taps.

either way, there is somsthing rottten in denmark. if christie is the culprit seeking revenge

he is damned.

if he has a chief of staff doing i behind his back, he is still damned for not being aware of

what is going on.

someone is going to be granted immunity, and christie might get to meet former governer

Ron Blagojevich in jail. it's going to be a mini-series.

Using the (highlighted) logic, withe which I agree, how is Obama not to be blamed for the IRS scandal and the application of Obamacare?

Again, I do not care for the NJ governor or frankly most all politicians, especially republicans and democrats. For what it's worth, thanking Obama over the Federal response to the big storm is no big deal.

I live in jersey and yes living in jersey is way to expensive but sometimes it's not so bad being 30 mins from Philly and two hours from NYC. So living in South jersey isnt so bad but I don't plan on going to north jersey seems like the more you go north the worse it gets and the more expensive.

Very true. I live in coastal Monmouth county. We're a 40 minute ferry ride from NYC. This area has gotten so over crowded since I was a kid.

The IRS reports to Obama, they do what he orders, e.g., harassing conservative organizations. While Obama likely didn't directly order their actions it done by his subordinates to maintain 'plausible deniability' just like Chrisy in NJ.

are you referring to the tax exemptions given to some groups

because they are a service to the public?

"IRC 501c3 provides the broad definition of the types of entities that are eligible for tax-exempt status. The initial requirement for tax exemption is that the organization be a corporation, community chest, fund or foundation organized for the SOLE purposes of promoting religious, charitable, educational, scientific or public safety causes. It also includes organizations that organize amateur sports competitions or that prevent cruelty to animals or children. Additionally, the organization must reinvest all net profits for the tax-exempt purpose, with none of the earnings benefiting private owners or shareholders."

the irs changed the word SOLE to PRIMARILY when the law went into effect about 50 years ago,

because they can do anything they want to do.

you may exempt whomever you want, that doesn't negate

the fact that irs has been doing what they want to do and

the fact that they would not be influenced by the president.

my memory tells me no one was turned away and all of the 501c3's

with few exceptions, were illegally granted tax free exemptions by

the irs.

tell me, do you think he is not the legal president. are you a "birther?"

what has he done or not done to conclude he is not doing the country any

good.
