He's quickly catching up with you on well placed non-sequiturs and astute, yet very disturbingly phrased, observations.

Gotta watch your back bloodsport. 🙂

LOL! Well you seem to be in good spirits, my porcupine- quilled, pederast insinuatin' friend. Your irreverence makes me laugh.
Someday you're going to have to define Roman Teddy. Is that some sort of kids' clothing line?

A Roman Teddy is an adorable brute, mostly submissive.

Not to be confused with a Sneaky Cuban, which is a sex strategy.

LOL! Thanks. Only term I know is "bear". Got lots of those approaching this gray bearded sot on Facebook.🤔

Victor, I don't know how you do it, brother o'mine, but you're the only botl (besides TW) who can bring a truly funny moment to a screeching halt with your scholarly observations which no one fully understands. That's a gift!!

I am not the least bit frustrated, I am not a tea party nut job thinking the blacks, mexicans and maricones have destroyed the country. I think we are all having a fantastic time, life is great... till one comes to blogs like these and see the vile putrid hatred brewing...as if folks have taken years of fermenting failure and added yeast...from their own infections.

All I did was offer some fresh perspective from the outside world. The rest of the world that does take it with a grain of salt and shot of tequila.

I didn't think you were frustrated as much as you were full of vim n' vigor. Nothing wrong with that.
Yes, times are still good and life is still great for some but those numbers are diminishing IMO as more and more are subjected to faltering economic sectors, debilitated family, cultural shifts governed by overnight demographic changes, and ever intrusive Government, etc.

HOWEVER, nothing ever is as black or white it seems anyway. whether right or left. The "vile putrid hate" that you see displayed against mulatto, Honduran, cross dressers alike here can be arguably displayed against Euro American white males on outside blogs/boards. Depends on the hobby I suppose or whose ox is being gored.

I have never fully understood the obsession with young gals and "what I would do to her if I had 2 minutes to kill" posts from dangerously dorky middle age guys but to each his own. Illusion makes 'em happy. We need more happy in these frustrating times (for us not you).

The romans were ingenious when it came to understanding human psyche and military strategy taught till today. May I offer another possibility. Just before the internet, when the village idiot played with barn animals the wrong way, he was just a village wierdo. Since the advent of the internet, he has found others and become the president of the sheep fckers association. So you see what has changed from before is that we are being allowed to vent and congregate in meeting other than the church. And here we are. Put monkeys in a circle and all it takes is for one in the circle to start jerking.

Can't tell you how many times I've waited for all the posts to come in before I know what to say. hahaha

So you're saying homosexuality was encouraged because it made the troops fight harder (pardon the pun) for each other? Isn't that the argument made for not wanting women in our military- it endangers men unnecessarily?

scompay, I don't necessarily disagree nor agree with everything you've posted but you've definitely made this board a heckuva lot more interesting! Makes as a work day go faster. Thanks! And yes, sometimes I think I'm teetering between normalcy & madness and I embrace it.

It went well beyond homosexuality, the key was to create bonds stronger than any other bond in the natural world. A bond that would bring out the wrath in someone if they saw their child / lover/ protege in harms way.

I have never read that about the Romans either, just deduced it, they copied everything from the greeks, and never wanted to admit it. How else does one explain Caligula, Alexander the great, both policy making ****.
