No... the question implies that if you ask someone a question which you don't have any ability to refute or question their answer, you may as well accept it.

Let's try it out.

You can ask me how many women I've had sex with. I can give you an answer. If you don't believe that answer, what are you going to do? Ask me a second time? I'll probably give you the same answer. Ask me a third time? Same answer. And so on and so forth. The fact that this charade continues on, with no one really expecting different answers clearly speaks to how much of a meaningless game it is (except to the people who are duped into thinking that the 50th time we're sure to a different result).

At this point I don't think anyone even knows what they're trying to investigate.
