Victor, STATISTICALLY mass shootings are but a speck on a fly's ass of murders in the US. So why do you the press would push them towards the forefront so much? Maybe ratings and politics?

Citizens used to have a responsibility to be armed, I'm ok that has passed as many don't like guns. That's fine. You don't see gun rights activists calling them names beacause of that or publicly osticising them and trying tp bully that position into unpopular standing. That would be like being homophobic, right?

Z... You're right, statistically mass shootings are nothing. But someone walking around publicly and visibly armed are rare as well. I'm not telling someone not to be armed, I'm simply stating that if someone walks into a restaurant or shop visibly armed my first expectation is that they are going to start a mass shooting, thus my statement that threat identification becomes a problem.

As for gun activists not calling people names, I'd like to direct you to TCBYs comments to pdx. I believe he's trying to call unarmed people chicken sh&t... And again, I support the 2nd amendment. I still am free to think that some armed people are unstable... To think someone's your 2nd amendment ally just because they've got a gun is pretty myopic.
