Great job. This is a giant milestone in a Naval career.

Poorly tailored khakis... but he can get that fixed. Sorry... the old Senior Chief is still critical of the uniform appearance. Those creases should be razor straight all the way to his toes, dammit, not bunched up like that. Unsat.
