The Sinner - binged season one. While the sister's sexual curiosities seem integral to the story, I'm not sure why the detective's fetish is included. Character development for future seasons, perhaps. Otherwise, it's just gratuitous nonsense. 4 seasons. Good enough to dive into another

Signed up with Britbox.
Wife and I started Poirot last night.

A synopsis.

Agatha Christie's Poirot, or simply Poirot (UK: /pwɑːroʊ/[1]), is a British mystery drama television programme that aired on ITV from 8 January 1989 to 13 November 2013. The ITV show is based on many of Agatha Christie's famous crime fiction series, which revolves around the fictional private investigator Hercule Poirot. David Suchet stars as the title character.

Classic, old school Whodunit thing. 50 minutes per episode, no commercial interuptions.

The Sinner - season 2 The lead character detective played by Bill Pullman is well done enough to keep my interest, but the writing/story and supporting characters wouldn't stand a chance otherwise. Are there any black female cops who aren't lesbians?

Thanks, Gene.

Impressive catalog of offerings.

Any experience with dark humor/comedies on Britbox?

Their limited time offering for an annual membership was $71.20. Heck of a deal.

Try "Inside The 9"

It's like "Black Mirror"...cept they've been doing it a LOT longer.

Bleak House. 8 episode series based on the Dickens novel by the same name.

Would have taken me a year to read the book, so I cheated and watched the series.

American Primeval on Netflix.

If you liked "The Revenant", you'll like this. Unless you're a Mormon. I imagine they're not going to be too happy with Brigham Young's portrayal as the Utah governor.
