Franz Inselkammer was not only the soul of our companies, but also the center of the family. With the proverbial "Liberalitas Bavariae", tireless commitment and immense passion for quality and tradition, he has successfully led the mission of the Aying family business for more than five decades.Under his leadership, the brewery evolved into one of the most respected in the region and beyond.
