I really could care less, wasn't planning on going anyway and if I did I would still have the ability to go unhindered without issues. We can still get our full amount of cigars from places outside the US and that's really all that matters.

I used to think lifting the embargo was a great thing... then I heard a lot of Cuban Americans describe why they are very against it... i don't really have an opinion on it one way or another, other than to say that lifting the embargo probably didn't really help the people either, just cuba... and that's kind of the problem with the whole island... nothing is allowed to benefit the people until it greatly benefits the government first...

At least with the embargo in place the US has some leverage against the regime...

60 years and it didn't push them toward a freer society.
But a taste of our lifestyle might open some eyes and motivate the population to do more than just have their super talented escape to the US for huge contracts.
