I play in several leagues a year and have for decades as well. That's pretty meaningless to me because I'm sure most of us have played in multiple leagues for years. I doubt any of us know much more than the average among us. I know I'm no expert.

Some of my leagues have flex, some 2qbs etc.... not sure why you think I've not heard of these things. Weird. I've given no information from which to draw that conclusion.

This league has been my favorite for a decade or so. It's been the traditional non flex format all along. We have made some tweaks along the way when the majority wanted them, and assume we will in the future.

We get a new team or two every year and with them come new ideas (yours is not new and has been discussed in the past as well). No one is opposed to change if it makes sense. I've not seen a problem in need of a solution and am not inclined to support it unless I do. I'm not opposed to change and would go with the flow if others see it different. Flex is no big deal nor is it super intelligent or meaningful particularly in a 10 team league. And yes I've read many of the pro con debates that are chicken eggish and drone on never ending with no conclusion. I'm not opposed to it just see no need.

I am just one vote who has stated their opinion. Someone may want to switch to keeper, play 2 QB (particularly in 10 league), IDP rather than DST, kicker/defense combined, no defense, QBs get 6 rather than 4 for touchdowns thrown etc. meh we consider them and if that's what most want that's cool by me. We could do all kinds of changes every year and they have been on the table.

I'm not the league. Personally I'd need to be convinced of the need or how the change would better the league. It's just how I think. Others may think differently. Meh. Let me know how it plays out lol. I vote nay but could change my mind if given a good reason/rationale. This has just been my favorite league year in, year out. It's worked and it's usually very competitive.

Why would I support changing something that could change that dynamic without hearing a really good reason why? Id rather change my other leagues to be more like this one.
