Everybody has different agendas.
Some go up for the entire week, for the Golf tourny and poker tourny, as well as other activities CI has planned.

Others, like myself, just drive up for the day, whether it's Sat or Sun, to walk around the parking lot to see who they can find. We used to have a grill or two going, but the "powers that be" put the kabosh on that.
I don't book a room, as it's only about a two hour drive for me, but you might want to.
Usually, someone posts on the board to see who is going so meeting up plans can be made.
