Great galloping grandpa!!! Congrats to your daughter, you and your family, Bruddah!!!

We now have four young grandchildren, two each from my son and daughter. They definitely bring joy to this house. Didn't realize that I was gonna become a volunteer babysitter, baby walker, diaper changer, nanny, infant/toddler playmate, supply acquisition specialist, driver, cook, pool maintenance man, and housemaid when I retired...

The contest is now closed.

Our daughter will be going into the hospital at 4:00 a.m. (...in about 4-1/2 hours from now...) to induce labor. Grandma and I will be at home anxiously awaiting Baby Ashley.

I have recorded everyone's guesses and interestingly enough, no one guessed 6/18 so the 2nd tiebreaker, the time of delivery could come into play.

Be back in a few hours.

Baby Ashley has arrived!

Mother and child are fine.

The vitals:

8 lbs. 7.8 oz.
2:57 pm HST

Still at the hospital so haven't figured out who the winner is yet but she is a big girl!
