The Caravans are made up of some very tough fighters and people. Fought back hard and viciously against Mexico at Northern Border before breaking through. Mexican soldiers hurt, were unable, or unwilling to stop Caravan. Should stop them before they reach our Border, but won’t!

.... Literally just fabricated a violent skirmish between Columbian migrant workers and Mexican military?

Fabricated Mexican casualties?

Is he just trying out his jack Ryan fanfic?

IDK....seems I saw video of a fairly serious skirmish on Mexican border the other day....at least one death, IIRC...usually tough to ever catch him in an outright lie, so I'd bet there is some truth to it

edit....google keeps taking me to wsj stories and video, which pizzes me off because they charge for everything now....I'll keep looking

It isn't what he described, but given our presidents inability to process information, maybe that is what he was referring to.....

So not a flat out lie but a twisting of the truth to serve his own purpose?

....let's be clear.
The caravan on Friday was stopped/slowed by Mexican police at a bridge between Mexico and Guatemala. During this time some sort of skirmish between police and caravaners broke out. Tear gas was used.

Some police and some caravaners we're injured. The caravan remained on the bridge.

That is not "soldiers". That is not "tough fighters". That's no different than a protest in the US these days. The caravan didn't overrun anyone, or "break through", they were kept at the border until they were processed.

I am being generous when I say he "twisted the truth". Just as I'm being generous when I say "z adds something to a conversation".

Some people can look through cheap political theatre, and attempts to subvert a nations sovereignty. Some can look past purposeful techniques and desired outcomes. And some just have one lane habits and have gone full potato.......dance monkey dance, I’ll put another quarter in the organ grinder!

It's like you didn't even read your own articles.

Again.... Police not military.
I agreed some injuries (6 police injured... )
Caravan stopped and was then processed normally. So NOT overrun.

So yes... A fabrication.
His tweet stated that the caravan fought with the Mexican military, that they "broke through" and the military suffered injuries and could not stop the caravan..
That is a fabrication. Not as bad.of one as I had thought initially, but still a fully fabricated statement.

Bgz.... I have no interest in sh&t talking with z.... I have no interest in bantering with him. That implies I consider him to be in some way equal to me.

I don't.

This isn't sh&t talking. There are some individuals who you simply shouldn't interact with. Even negative interaction with them gives them a validation which they didn't have.

It's like allowing a flat earther to present their ideas at a scientific conference. Even though everyone there knows their full of sh&t, they still come away ahead.
