Why did Joe Biden say the Green New Deal is not his plan, but then say “The Green New Deal will pay for itself as we move forward." Then Wallace asked Biden if he supports the Green New Deal, to which Biden replied: “No, I don't support the Green New Deal.” 🤥
Why did Joe Biden say "I'm not going to answer the question." when Wallace asked him if he was "willing to tell the American tonight whether or not you will support either ending the filibuster or packing the court?"8-[

oddly omitted as a concern. Should we waste time trying to water down this dog whistle?

it's the opposite of condemning white supremacy/nazism. felt vaguely like a threat to the rest of us that those animals are on call.

the rest of the night was Trump white noise trying to ruffle Biden, and Biden calling him a clown and actually telling him to shut up.

Pretty much how I saw it. Trump was taking the volume over quality approach... it was trash... wish I would have just waited for the reviews. It was mostly unwatchable.

A couple of videos have come out recently of blm mobs bullying restaurant goers into raising the black power fist and proclaiming that black lives matter... and when someone refuses, they're called out as being racist, because they won't bend their knee to the mob, to the bullying... it's what the far left does... it's troubling...

So if you think it is an oversimplification, what did stand down and be ready mean? I thought the whole debate was a clown show. That particular comment is troubling no matter what context you want to give it. Fact, he told a white supremacist group to be ready.

No one won, Trump lost.

I would like to see a debate with only one person talking at a time. They should do one where you shut off all mics but one, but trump wouldn't like not being able to interrupt and would probably start foaming at the mouth.

I also laugh anytime someone calls the proud boys a white supremacist group...

Of course anybody that the highly funded commie hate factory which does nothing about poverty, the Southern Poverty Law Center says is a white supremacist group is good enough for Joe Biden...and maybe Chris Wallace too? For the SPLC, everybody is a militant white supremacist who isn't solidly on the left.

The most important question is why didn't Chris Wallace pressure Joe Biden to condemn ANTIFA and BLM?

If only we could get the extremists in a park some place (like the Millwall and WestHam hooligans squads in 1990s East London style). Have them battle until only one of them is alive. Then.... (Frank is watching).... Give him a fair trial of his peers to determine guilt or innocence.

I dunno...seems too many Americans are willing to resort to violence against other Americans...do we really want to be Northern Ireland on steroids?

that debate was more like a screaming match in the local bar, with the bar-tender trying to keep one guy from breaking all the bottles and glasses...

my wife, a lifelong GOP voter said I can't watch this, so at about 30 minutes in, we turned it off...I caught a few glimpses in the man-cave...but it was unwatchable...sad that our democracy is being dragged into the gutter...
